Veteran Cape Town City captain Thamsanqa Mkhize will remain at the club until 2024 after he extended his stay at the Citizens for a further two years.
Mkhize, who is a former Lamontville Golden Arrows and Maritzburg United defender, has been with the Citizens since 2016.
The 33-year-old Mkhize has played 11 times for the South African senior men’s national team Bafana Bafana.
