Marumo Gallants drew 1-1 with Egyptian side Pyramids FC in a CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final first leg clash at the 30 June Air Stadium in Cairo, Egypt, on Sunday evening.
Gallants seemed to have been cruising to victory after Ranga Chivaviro had given them the lead. However, their lead was cancelled by Ramadan Sobhi’s last-minute penalty.
Meanwhile, Gallants are going to host Pyramids in the second leg at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Phokeng, Rustenburg, next Sunday.
