Mamelodi Sundowns are going to play against Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club in the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League. 

The Brazilians beat Algerians CR Belouizdad 6-2 on aggregate having beaten them 4-1 and 2-1 in the first and second leg respectively. 

Sundowns defeated Belouizdad 2-1 through goals by Themba Zwane and Thapelo Morena while Soufiane Bouchar netted for the Algerians at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Wydad beat Tanzanian side Simba 4-3 on penalties following the two sides’ 1-1 draw on aggregate after the second leg. 

The North Africans won the second leg 1-0 on Saturday and sent the match to penalties after Simba had beaten them 1-0 in the first leg in Tanzania.
