Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos on Thursday announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations tournament, which is going to be held in Ivory Coast starting from next month. 

Broos’ squad is dominated by players from DStv Premiership log-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns with the Brazilians having 10 playing personnel in the South African senior national football team. 

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs’ Sibongiseni Mthethwa, Elias Mokwana from Sekhukhune United and Orlando Pirates’ Tapelo Xoki are on standby.
