Siwelele FC announced the sacking of their coach, Lehlohonolo Seema, and his assistant, Willem Jackson, on Monday morning just five matches into the 2026/27 season.

Seema, a former Lesotho national team captain, led Siwelele to two draws and three losses. Sunday evening’s loss to Kaizer Chiefs was the last straw, which broke the camels back and led to his sacking.

Siwelele chairperson, Calvin le John, has already announced that Godfrey Mosoetsa is now the club’s caretaker coach.

Meanwhile, Seema is the second coach to be shown the door this season as Sekhukhune United sacked Burundi-born Cedric Kaze last week.
