Chippa United midfielder Sinoxolo Kwayiba has been called up to the Bafana Bafana squad preparing for Friday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha.

The 24-year-old Kwayiba has replaced Jayden Adams, who failed to arrive in camp following his team’s loss to Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 final in Durban on Saturday evening.

“The behaviour of Jayden forced me to put him out of the team,” Bafana coach Hugo Broos said.

On the other hand, Mamelodi Sundowns’ Bathusi Aubaas has been called to the team to replace injured Thalente Mbatha from Orlando Pirates.
