Eastern Cape-based Premier Division side, Chippa United, announced on Thursday evening that they had appointed Goodman Mosele as their new captain.
Mosele, who was born in Khuma, Stilfontein, North West, recently signed a permanent contract with the Gqeberha-based Chilli Boys from Betway Premiership champions, Orlando Pirates.
“Goodman Mosele is officially a permanent Chilli Boy and our captain for the 2026/27 season,” a Chilli Boys statement said.
The 26-year-old Mosele, who is a former Baroka FC midfielder, spent the past two seasons on loan at the Chilli Boys from Pirates.
