Former South African and world champion Tsiko Mulovhedzi is scheduled to make a return to the ring on Sunday, 28 November.

Mulovhedzi faces Mardochee Kuvesa Katembo from the Democratic Republic of Congo in his first fight since he last fought in July 2019.

Mulovhedzi shot to stardom after he silenced East London boxing fans when he stopped Mziyanda ‘Ali’ Funeka in the fifth round to win the International Boxing Organisation (IBO) welterweight title at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in July 2015.

However, he will go to the Katembo fight on the back of three straight losses. Actually, Katembo also lost his last three bouts.
