Mzamo ‘Chief’ Njekanye does not have to worry about encountering visa problems when he visits the United States together with his boxer Azinga ‘Golden Boy’ Fuzile next month.

Njekanye is going to accompany Fuzile to the US for his world title fight against Kenichi Ogawa from Japan. The two boxers clash in a vacant International Boxing Federation (IBF) junior-lightweight title fight.

“No more visa worries for me. I’ve got a 10-year American visa now. This is good because I will be able to leave together with my boxer when we fight in America,” Njekanye confirmed.

Njekanye struggled to obtain an American visa before Fuzile fought against Martin Ward from the United Kingdom in an elimination bout in May.

He only joined Fuzile in the US less than 48 hours before he stopped Ward in the seventh round.
