Siphamandla ‘Toytoy’ Baleni has revealed that he has told Ayanda Ndulani that he’s going to punish him this coming weekend.

Baleni challenges International Boxing Organisation (IBO) minimumweight champion Ndulani at the East London International Convention Centre (ICC) on Sunday.

“I’m waiting to be crowned the new champion. This is my time to take the belt. I have done everything at training and I’m ready for Ndulani,” the 31-year-old Baleni said.

This is going to be the third time both Baleni and Ndulani meet with each having won once. Baleni beat Ndulani during a vacant World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Africa minimumweight title in June 2016.

And Ndulani won by a split decision against his Mthatha opponent during an IBO minimumweight title defence in November last year. But some boxing followers still believe that the outcome of the fight was unfair to Baleni.

“I met Ndulani last week and I told him that I’m not gonna knock him out. I said I will punish him throughout the 12 rounds because that’s what he deserves,” Baleni remarked.
