Sekhukhune United continued to be busy in the transfer market as they announced the signing of midfielder Givemore Khupe and defender Athenkosi Mcaba on Friday.
The duo’s signing makes it five recruits for Babina Noko this week having signed Nyiko Mobbie, Oageng Phiri, Thabang Mahlangu and D’Angelo Kazee already.
“Sekhukhune United Football Club is pleased to confirm the signing of midfielder Givemore Khuphe and defender Athenkosi Mcaba. Both players have officially joined Babina Noko and are already settling into life at the club as preparations continue for the 2026/27 Betway Premiership season,” a Babina Noko said.
“Khuphe and Mcaba add quality, determination and ambition to the squad, and the club is confident they will make a valuable contribution. We warmly welcome Givemore and Athenkosi to the Babina Noko family.”
The 26-year-old Khupe joined Babina Noko from Northern Cape-based Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC) Upington City while Mcaba, 24, was previously with Stellenbosch FC.
