Drawing 2-2 with AS Maniema Union last weekend didn’t sit well with Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mosa Lebusa.
Now Lebusa wants the Brazilians to finish off their opponents from the Democratic Republic of Congo when they clash in a CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg match at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Sunday (16h00).
“I think we are a bit disappointed considering that we gave them two goals. Our silly mistakes did that,” Lebusa said.
Lebusa now aims to make sure that the Tshwane giants advance to the group stages of the tournament.
“Honestly, they are not a bad side. They are a team that really plays, they don’t give you a chance. Coming to Sunday, I think we have to dig deeper as a team. As players we have to make sure that the team goes to the group stages,” Lebusa said.
