Kaizer Chiefs’ goal scoring problems and their poor form continued when they failed to find the back of the net during their goalless draw with Angolan side Primero de Agosto in their CAF Champions League
first leg match played at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Wednesday evening.

The outcome of the match means that Chiefs have a mammoth task to beat the Angolans when they meet in the second leg in Angola in two weeks’ time.

Wednesday’s result is also further proof of how woeful Chiefs have been since the beginning of the 2020/21 season. The once-feared Amakhosi are struggling in both the domestic and continental fronts.
