Kaizer Chiefs have acted fast and snatched defender Thabo Moloisane, formerly with Stellenbosch FC, to beef up their rearguard on Thursday afternoon.
“Kaizer Chiefs are pleased to confirm the signing of defender Thabo Moloisane ahead of the new season. The centre back arrives from Stellenbosch FC,” an Amakhosi statement said.
The 27-year-old Moloisane played 115 times for the Cape Winelands side in the three seasons he was with Stellies. Moloisane will join his Amakhosi teammates when they report for pre-season.
“Moloisane also brings something we know will matter this season, continental pedigree. Having featured in the Confederation Cup, he arrives at Naturena ready or the demands of CAF competition as Amakhosi return to the continental stage,” the Chiefs statement further said.
